Are you looking for a way to help further the mission of The Villages Pops Orchestra? There are numerous ways to donate which will ultimately advance the goals of the orchestra while providing a meaningful benefit for you and your family. Your name, if you wish, will be printed in our programs as a way to thank you for your generous tax-deductible donation. Here are some suggestions for your contributions.

The Villages Pops Orchestra is a thriving ensemble that is growing in popularity. Our orchestra is supported by the IRS designation as a “non-profit 501 C-3”. This means as a nonprofit organization, your donation is fully tax deductible.
We love performing at the Savannah Center but you should know that the costs can be quite prohibitive. At least 70% of all ticket sales for just one concert pays The Villages Entertainment Services for their management and advertisement fees, plus the cost of transporting the larger musical instruments from their storage facility to the Savannah Center.
Won’t you please play your part! Help us to continue bringing great music to The Villages! Donations can be made out to: The Villages Pops Orchestra and given to any Board Member. Please include your email address so we can send the “501 C-3” document and acknowledge your contribution.
To donate, please make checks payable to “The Villages Pops Orchestra” and mail it to our office at:

A look at November 12, 2026
"Villages Virtuosos & The Best of Broadway"
Here in "Florida's Friendliest Hometown," we can also boast that we are "Florida's Most Talented Hometown." Musicians from across the country have come here to retire but still keep up their skills and musicianship. We have former players from major symphony orchestras, community and regional concert bands, lifetime military band and orchestra members and conductors, and renown jazz soloists, to mention just some of our amazing talent. We have called on some of our finest players here in The Villages to be featured in our November 12, 2026 season opener at the Savannah. Soloists on Cello, Saxophone, Cornet, and Clarinet will entertain our anticipated full house during the first half of our concert. We will then go "cross-town" from Carnegie Hall and hit the lights of Broadway, as The Pops presents two symphonic tributes to Lerner and Lowe and one to Meredith Willson.
Tickets go on sale in Mid-September so get those seats while they last. As anyone knows who has attended an evening at our Pops, we SELL OUT!!

The Villages Pops Orchestra is comprised solely of residents of The Villages in Central Florida. Our vision is to provide high quality music of varied genres to the community. From Broadway scores to the classical repertoire, the Pops presents concerts suited for all audiences.
The Orchestra rehearses every Tuesday morning from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Laurel Manor Recreation Center. Preparing for each concert is hard work, however rehearsals are enjoyable, and have been the source of long and meaningful friendships between its members, board and musical director.
